How it works

We make the whole process quick and easy. Here’s how it works.

1. Scriptwriting

First things first, you’ll need a killer script. But that doesn’t mean bells and whistles. We prefer a more considered approach. We think a good script is one that communicates to your customers in your voice. That doesn’t mean you have to dust off your old microphone. We mean that our scriptwriters will work tirelessly to make sure the content, language and tone of your messages reflect the personality of your organisation and help you build relationships with your customers.

2. Voice Artists and Music

Once you are perfectly happy with your script it’s time to choose the music and voices that best represent your company image.

Music-wise we have it all: classical, jazz, rock, chill-out - you name it. As for voices, we work with wide variety of artists from across the UK so whether it’s Brummie or BBC English you can be sure we will find the right voice for your organisation.

3. Recording

So you’ve approved the script and chosen your music and voice artists, now it’s time for us to get busy in the studio. We don’t waste much time either.

We record, edit and master in-house so we can normally have your shiny new production done, dusted and ready the very next weekday.

4. Broadcast

Once your production is ready it’s just a matter of publishing it on your phone system. There are a few different ways of doing this but it’s all pretty simple stuff. It’s just a case of downloading your production to an audio player linked to your phone system. A few minutes later - Bob’s your uncle, you’re broadcasting.
